4. Eat healthy food and drink lots of water. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, particularly those rich in vitamin E which is good for repairing skin cells. Drinking plenty of water will also be good. When you drink a lot of water, you’re riding the toxins from your body. Drinking water is almost like cleansing the body. When the skin is fully hydrated and free of toxins, it can help cleanse the pours naturally.
