Having fun doesn’t have to be difficult especially for those who’s always on the go. Working hard is all for the best, but of course we also have to take into consideration that we have to give ourselves some time to relax. We all have our goals, it can be for saving up, to help our family, for paying the bills and so many other reasons. Except, we tend to overlook the most important thing, our health. Health doesn’t have to be just relating to diet or physical wellness, it is also as well psychologically and emotionally. The only matter of question is where to start.

By taking an extra time, even as little as 5 to 15 -minutes can make a great difference. Going out for some fresh air, Having a few nights out with friends, and for those who can’t stay put there’s online games! There’s more to know than how it sounds. Some people assume that games are just for kids. That is not true at all. Playing games is for everyone, and can be solely just for fun and can also be for unwinding and as well as relaxing.

Then for the oldies, who are used to the classic type of games are left wondering if they can ever catch up to the new ones. There have been times in my life where looking thin is all I wanted but I did not have the time to hit the gym and lose wait for results. I needed to look thin quickly, for an appointment the next day or for a big date. With some quick research and advice from friends, I realised that looking thinner could be accomplished with what I wear. Now, I will share the tips I learned about how to dress to look thin with clothes, shoes, and accessories so you do not have to stress yourself out before that big life event!

The Higher the Better

I know, flat shoes are comfortable. They are easy to walk in and make getting around more easily accomplished. Wearing low heals, though, does not always give us that thinner look we crave. The goal of looking thinner can be accomplished by what we wear on our feet! Yes, it may sound surprising, but our shoes can give us that extra height boost that extends our body and makes us look taller, leaner, and thinner.

A high heel exaggerates the body and eye line making us appear more thinned out. Further, a higher heel will also make our legs look more toned. This is because wearing heels, as we all know, requires more of our body’s work in maintaining stability and balance. My legs look thinner and leaner just by changing my shoes. This is a quick fix I have found to making myself look thinner quickly. With a little practice, too, I have discovered that the daily jaunt in stilettos is not as difficult as it once was.

Cinch It Up

Another way that I have found to make myself look thinner is by cinching in my waist. It leaves me looking thinner and my body more proportioned. A belt along my waist that narrows the eye line in or a scarf wrapped tightly around my mid-section actually helps to make me look balanced and much narrower along one of my problem areas.

For those looking for this look, try pairing a current dress you may have with a belt tied around the waist. Even if the outfit does not have loops for a belt, place one on anyway! You can create your own style and colour palette by adding a flare of colour around your waist, which can most often be created from pieces you already own.

Dark

Yes, it is true; black makes us all look thinner. But black does not have to be boring! On days when you are feeling more than your ideal weight, try putting on a black suit or trouser shirt combo. If you do not have black, try a deep brown or dark grey. This can help to make you look thinner without losing those extra pounds. To make the look less monochromatic, add a pop of colour through fun accessories or a scarf. This will leave you not looking drab but simply fabulous and, of course, thin!

Looking Thinner

Part of looking thinner comes from within. I know, it sounds too easy but it is not. Use one of the style choices listed above and then arm yourself with a positive attitude. Nothing attracts people to you more than a bright smile and an air of confidence. So rather than just dress to look thin with clothes, shoes, and accessories make sure that you think thin too.
